Accommodation:

• Room arrangements are subject to hotel check-in and check-out times and room availability.
• When booking 15 or more rooms on the same date, we will arrange a hotel with equivalent room category and amenities.
• In Haridwar, only A/C rooms with Deluxe accommodations will be provided.
• During the Char Dham Yatra, overnight stays will be in General Category Deluxe hotels.
• Non-A.C. rooms will be provided at all locations in the hill regions.
• Room Sharing Options: Twin, Triple, or Quad (with bed or mattress, subject to availability and advance booking).
• Towel Policy: One towel for each twin-sharing room and two towels for each quad-sharing room.

Transportation:

• Pickup & Drop: Will be arranged as per final confirmation (Group Booking Point).
• Group Transportation (SIC Seat-In-Coach): Tempo Traveler or similar vehicles will be used.
• No night travel will be conducted during the tour.
• All transportation between Delhi and Rishikesh will be in A/C vehicles.
• Non-AC vehicles will be used throughout the hill regions as per the itinerary.
• Private vehicles (Swift Dzire, Ertiga, Innova) will be provided in A/C and Non-A/C options depending on route and terrain.
• Non-AC vehicles will operate on segments: Barkot–Yamunotri, Uttarkashi–Gangotri, Joshimath–Badrinath, due to geographic/climatic reasons.
• The journey will begin after all RTO clearances and permits are secured.

Meals:

• Meals will be provided as per the tour itinerary.
• Cuisines include Gujarati, Punjabi, South Indian, and Kathiyawadi, all freshly prepared by our chef.
• Daily Meal Arrangements: Morning tea/coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Daily, only 2 liters of bottled water will be provided by tour operator in the room.
• Mealtime water is provided via a jug as per the booking and tour itinerary.
• Packed Lunch Policy  Transportation to Yamunotri and Kedarnath will include a packed lunch.
• Lunch at Gangotri: Tour Manager will make final decisions (for private and group arrangements).
• Meals will be provided as per the tour plan. Any changes requested by the party will be at their own expense.
• On-site lunch arrangements will be organized according to the setup decided by the team and Tour Manager.

Excluded:

• As per the tour itinerary: Train and flight tickets (as per booking).
• Entry tickets.
• VIP darshan and entry fees (if applicable).
• Laundry and tips.
• Pony and dolly charges.

Payment Policy:

• Train and Flight Tickets: Full payment required at booking confirmation.
• Advance Payment: 20% of total tour cost required for booking.
• Second Payment: 25% of total booking amount to be paid 30 days prior to departure.
• Final Balance: Remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy:

• Minimum advance amount is non-refundable.
• 30–15 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost will be charged.
• Within 14 days of departure: 100% of total tour cost will be charged.
• All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds via Cheque, NEFT, or RTGS only.

Important Note:

• Booking of helicopter tickets for Kedarnath must be done online by passengers themselves.
• Organizations providing helicopter facilities: Pawan Hans, Himalayan Heli, Heritage Aviation, UT Air, Arrow Aircraft, GMVN Ltd.
• Passengers booking helicopter tickets must carry a doctor's fitness certificate.
• Helicopter flights depend on weather conditions; timings may change frequently.
• In case of helicopter cancellation/delay, passengers must arrange alternate travel at their own expense.
• Horses are available for travel between Gaurikund and Kedarnath (~7 hours).
• During the Char Dham Yatra, overnight stays will be in General Category Deluxe hotels.
• Non-A.C. rooms provided at all hill locations.
